Article 371(J) reservation connection

The Hyderabad-Karnataka region has special constitutional protections under Article 371(J) and a dedicated HERC (Hyderabad-Karnataka Education and Reservation in Appointment Committee). Students familiar with HERC reservations should know that the Dr. BR Ambedkar scholarship is a separate, additional opportunity and not in conflict with Article 371(J) provisions.

Document processing

IELTS test access

Yes. Gulbarga University, now officially named Kalyana Karnataka University, is a UGC-recognised public university. Degrees from its constituent colleges and affiliated institutions are accepted by UK and Australia universities for PG admissions.
